Quiero dedicar este espacio al arte del frivolité que me acompaña desde hace muchos años.
This blog is dedicated to my tatting work, my therapy and my escape.
Not surprisingly, you have mastered this beautiful butterfly by Angela! It's a great introduction to the Ankars tatting technique and is high on my to-do list of tatting projects. It was so generous of Angela to share her diagram and her video. I finally understand how to tat the 'double beading' on the wings, which is actually easy to do. Eliz Davis kindly explained it to me. I wonder why I have not seen any tatting projects using beads that way.
It also took me a while to realize there are actually two butterflies that form 'one'. Very clever! I love your idea of the stick pin!
Very pretty.nice colors.
ReplyDeleteOh, Karen, it's beautiful!
